Arpit Agrawal & Co. was founded in 2015 as a Practicing Company Secretary firm based in Indore, with a second office serving Ujjain. The practice started with a narrow brief — incorporation and ROC filings for first-time founders — and grew, engagement by engagement, into a full corporate compliance and representation practice.
What hasn't changed is the way the firm works: every matter is handled in-house, every filing is tracked against its statutory deadline, and every client deals directly with the person responsible for their file — not a rotating desk.
Today the firm advises private and public companies, LLPs, non-profits and individual promoters, appearing on their behalf before the Registrar of Companies, Regional Director and NCLT where a matter requires it.
Principal & Practicing Company Secretary
Every entity is placed on a maintained compliance calendar the day it's onboarded — annual filings, ROC forms and renewals tracked against their actual due dates.
Scope, fees and timelines are set out before work begins. No engagement runs on a verbal understanding.
Where a matter needs representation before the ROC, RD or NCLT, the firm appears in person rather than briefing it out.
A short consultation is usually enough to tell.
